Job Summary
Contribute to both front-end and back-end development projects by building complex AI and NLP models to support the company's AI platform. Leverage strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and NextJS to design, implement, and maintain high-performance applications for unique, socially impactful problems. Work directly with AI teams to integrate machine learning systems while shaping the company's culture as an early-stage startup with no legacy obstacles.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building high-performance applications
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in React
- Strong proficiency in NextJS
- Portfolio of prior projects with a complex backend
- Work authorization in the USA at the time of hire

Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software
- Good grasp of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms
