Job Summary
Deliver theoretical and practical aircraft type training in accordance with approved programs, EASA Part-147 and Part-66 requirements, both on-site and online. Conduct training activities across Asia, traveling to customer locations as required to support delivery and customer needs. Support examination activities by acting as an examiner or invigilator and contribute to the development of examination question banks. Assist with course planning, continuous improvement of training syllabi, training needs analyses, and training materials. Collaborate with the training team to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality delivery while maintaining personal competency and instructor approvals. This role is remote from the Asia-Pacific region, preferably Malaysia, the Philippines, or Indonesia, with a fast track to professional growth within Magnetic Group's aviation training team.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant aviation education
- at least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience
- 3 years of aircraft type training instructor experience under EASA Part-147 and Part-66
- equivalent regulatory framework
- Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence
- equivalent licence issued by a national aviation authority
- experience on A320 and B737 aircraft types
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part-66
- Part-147
- ICAO requirements
- aircraft maintenance training principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to deliver technical training to diverse audiences
- willingness to travel extensively within Asia
- Professional fluency in English
