Conduct diverse occupational health tasks, including preventive Kela1 work, disease management Kela2 work, or a combination, tailored to client needs and patient groups. Perform regular on-site visits in Inari while utilizing flexible remote work protocols. Serve as the lead of a multidisciplinary occupational health team, collaborating with occupational health nurses, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and psychologists to ensure organizational effectiveness. Lead the team in managing occupational health operations for the employer alongside a designated occupational health nurse.
