Conduct preventive health assessments, safety evaluations, and occupational health planning for client organizations. Perform medical examinations, manage sick leave appointments, and administer vaccinations. Collaborate with client leadership and staff to design and implement workplace health strategies based on care recommendations and work environment changes. This full-time role in Porvoo includes up to two days of remote work weekly. Compensation combines a task-based salary with performance bonuses for exceptional client care, subject to the private healthcare sector collective agreement.
