Conduct guest reception, assist with check-in and check-out, prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain lounge and guest area ambiance. Provide local tips to guests and actively promote hotel services and products. Participate in daily hotel and restaurant service tasks while developing sales and customer service skills. Tailored training focuses on reception, guest services, or restaurant operations based on academic goals. Scandic Go offers a fresh, urban concept where all staff work as Hosts, gaining broad exposure to both hotel and restaurant functions. Many former interns continue working part-time or full-time with the company after graduation.
