Job Summary

Territory Sales Manager for Region-53 (Northwestern Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota) responsible for growing market share through distributor management, specification efforts, and providing product knowledge to engineers and municipalities. Drive sales growth across multiple product lines, service existing accounts, identify opportunities, prepare price quotations/bids, and collaborate with Project Manager and Sales Engineer. Requires extensive domestic travel (approximately 75%) with a salaried compensation package, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred; travel and relationship-building with distributors, engineers, and municipalities are key duties.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous work experience in the waterworks industry preferred
  • Ability for extensive domestic travel
  • Strong communication, organization, and people skills
  • Self-motivated, assertive individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Financial and analytical acuity and presentation skills
  • Intermediate digital literacy in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
