Tyler Union - Mechanical Maintenance (Millwright) - 2nd Shift

Tyler Union is seeking skilled Mechanical Millwrights for the 2nd shift in Anniston, AL. The role requires experience with mechanical systems, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. Responsibilities include inserting shims and adjusting tension, aligning machines and equipment using measuring tools, assembling and installing equipment, laying out mounting holes, signaling crane operators, replacing defective parts, leveling bedplates, dismantling and moving machinery, wiring moving parts and subassemblies, and ensuring safe operation under the Safety Management Program. Associates degree in a technical field or vocational training is preferred. Three to five years of related on-the-job experience is required. Must pass drug screen, physical, and background checks. Knowledge of machine design, maintenance practices, and the practical application of engineering science is needed. Wears required safety gear.
