Job Summary
Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Belmont, NC, responsible for overall classroom management and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, communicate regularly with parents through apps and discussions, collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement, and build relationships with families to foster a dynamic atmosphere where play and learning happen seamlessly. Requires developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) knowledge, and may involve CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of professional teaching experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
