Job Summary
Two's & Toddler Teacher needed to create a nurturing, safe learning environment and deliver age-appropriate activities that foster social-emotional and cognitive development. Responsibilities include planning and implementing engaging lessons, collaborating with parents and colleagues, supervising children, communicating progress and milestones, maintaining an organized classroom, and adhering to school policies, safety procedures, and licensing. Requires strong classroom management, effective communication, and a commitment to early childhood education; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, and background check compliance are required. Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and related certifications. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of experience working in a structured childcare setting
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
