Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for classroom management, mentoring less experienced teachers, and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children; communicate with parents about children's progress; collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement; maintain records and ensure compliance with Texas Minimum Standards; supervise children and model respectful, developmentally appropriate interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2 years of professional teaching experience preferred. At least one year of professional teaching experience required.
