Job Summary
Lead Teacher for Two's classroom responsible for planning, implementing the proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, maintaining a safe, engaging environment, and communicating regularly with families. Responsibilities include classroom leadership, curriculum implementation for infants/toddlers/preschoolers, safety prioritization, family updates via apps and in-person discussions, collaboration with center staff to drive retention/enrollment/engagement, and fostering warm relationships with families and colleagues. Requires state-specific guidelines, a High School Diploma/GED, immunizations, and health & safety training; candidate should demonstrate judgment in risk identification and address daily care needs while maintaining professionalism and active engagement of children.
Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Immunizations and employment health/safety training required
- Experience in childcare setting with classroom leadership
