Job Summary
Twos Teacher at Celebree School guides two-year-olds through daily routines, fosters independence, language development, social-emotional growth, and early problem-solving through purposeful play. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming and developmentally appropriate classroom aligned with Celebree's curriculum, ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations, developing lesson plans, supporting potty-training readiness, maintaining accurate paperwork and attendance, and communicating with families about development and milestones. The role requires meeting state-lead-teacher requirements, strong classroom management, and collaboration with fellow educators. Hours are Monday–Friday with various shifts; no nights or weekends. Required Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
- comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
- ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills
