Job Summary
Guide infants and toddlers through daily activities with gentle support while managing the classroom to ensure compliance with Office of Child Care regulations. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on Celebree's curriculum, maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity flourishes. Provide a welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors, and accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, and supervision records. Assist classroom Aides in their development with confidence and compassion. Work Monday through Friday with all shift options available, including morning, afternoon, and evening.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children
- Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving skills
- Patience
