Job Summary
Guide infants and toddlers through daily activities with gentle support while managing the classroom to ensure compliance with Office of Child Care regulations. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors. Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking to uphold company standards and policies. Assist classroom Aides in their development within early childhood education.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children
- Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
- Ability to manage a classroom
