Twin Peaks Girl role involves interacting with and entertaining guests, delivering best-in-class hospitality, and selling food and beverages. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and ringing in orders, suggestive selling, delivering orders, checking back for re-orders, and settling checks; adherence to uniform guidelines; promotion of events and specials; ability to read and understand the menu and operate the register; ability to communicate effectively with guests and maintain Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines. Training and certifications are required prior to shifting duties; physical requirements include standing and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds; environment includes kitchen exposure and potential smoke exposure in some locations.
