Job Summary
Twin Peaks Girl responsible for engaging guests with best-in-class hospitality, entertaining patrons, promoting events and specials, and accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders. Requires knowledge of sports, food, beverages, and Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines; orientation and formal training are mandatory, with possible local certifications for food and/or alcohol service. Ability to communicate in English, read the menu, operate a computerized register, and perform basic math for handling checks. Flexible with costume policies and party-themed events; physical duties include standing, some lifting, and working in a lively restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must attend orientation and complete Twin Peaks Girl training
- Must complete any required training including local/state food and/or alcohol service certifications
- Must read and follow Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines and dress/code policies
- Must be able to interact with guests in English and perform basic math for transactions
