Job Summary
Greet guests, execute food and drink orders including taking orders, suggestive selling, ringing tickets, and delivering items to tables. Adhere to all Image & Costume Guidelines while providing best-in-class service and hospitality. Promote events and specials to support business profitability. Complete required orientation and training programs, including food and alcohol service certifications, before working shifts. Successfully settle checks and handle cash transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Must be able to read and understand the menu
- Must be able to write and ring in tickets
- Must be able to operate a computerized register system
- Must be able to suggestively sell menu items
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in order to entertain
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Girl training
- Must attend and successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
- Must comply with the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
