Job Summary
TWHK One Fulfilment Team Manager responsible for delivering service operations and lifecycle integration, commercial operation and OTR management for TWHK; leads data governance, master data management, and drives business intelligence to support strategy and decisions. Key duties include overseeing end-to-end service operations, equipment-to-service integration, commercial operations and revenue recognition, implementing Lean process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Equipment Fulfillment, Commercial, Service) to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness. Also leads Data Management & BI, channel management, data analytics and performance reporting, and supports sales operations, dealer management, and contract renewal processes. Requires strong leadership, strategic/analytical thinking, and ability to guide a sizable, diverse team; qualifications include at least a Bachelor’s degree with MBA or equivalent preferred and substantial experience in Sales/Services, Operations and/or Finance.
