Job Summary
Own channel business performance by delivering sell-out and sell-through targets with full accountability across key e-commerce and retail partners in Taiwan. Define and execute channel-level retail strategies that integrate commercial objectives, media investment, and visibility priorities. Lead retail media planning and optimization for AMS, on-site media, and performance marketing to ensure ROI-driven results. Drive digital shelf excellence by ensuring consistent brand presentation across content and campaign execution. Partner closely with Marketing, Distribution, and Design teams to align product launches and promotions. Manage trade spend and retail media budgets, including allocation and post-campaign evaluation. Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and forecasts to support business reviews and strategic decision-making. Identify growth opportunities to accelerate business performance and build strong relationships with key channel partners. Lead quarterly business planning and performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or key account management, with strong exposure to major e-commerce platforms
- Proven track record in driving sell-out growth, managing retail media, and executing platform-level commercial strategies
- Strong commercial acumen with solid data analysis and forecasting capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Proactive, positive, and resilient mindset, with a strong willingness to take on challenges
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interest in 3C accessories and gaming products; experience in consumer electronics / 3C peripherals is highly preferred
- People management or team leadership experience is a plus
