Job Summary
Assist with the production of programs, special events, features, and instructional videotapes in the studio. Contribute to the technical and creative vision of the Community TV Channel operations. Oversee the purchase and maintenance of station equipment and community audio and visual equipment. Develop and coordinate intern and volunteer programs for support of community events. Daily tasks include operating Adobe Premiere Pro, NewTek TriCaster, and DSLR cameras while troubleshooting A/V technical issues. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or Liberal Arts with at least one year of television production experience. This role offers a salary of $25-$28 per hour for a full-time position within Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in Tinton Falls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-year experience in television production
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent A/V technical troubleshooting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience using NewTek TriCaster and TV studio equipment
- Proficient in using DSLR cameras and video cameras
- Knowledge of utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Adobe Lightroom
