Job Summary
Financial Analyst role for A24’s TV slate combining deal analysis, corporate finance, and FP&A. Build and maintain greenlight financial models for scripted and unscripted TV across LA, NY, and London, including budgets, license fees, tax incentives, and multi-territory considerations to produce project-level P&Ls. Evaluate talent participations, residuals, and backend structures; analyze cash flow timing scenarios to inform negotiations; collaborate with Business Affairs to compare deal structures and advise on value creation. Own long-range plans and quarterly reforecasts, track development spend, and report KPIs. Interface with TV Development, Production, and Business Affairs teams across multiple markets; model revenue assumptions with Sales; maintain production trackers in Airtable/Pigment; prepare materials for leadership and investor discussions; leverage AI tools to automate workflows. Requirements include 5+ years in entertainment finance or related fields, advanced Excel with auditable models, familiarity with Pigment and Airtable, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; strong communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in entertainment finance, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with TV/film production finance or content deal analysis preferred
- Expert-level Excel with model architecture
- Familiarity with Pigment
- Airtable or similar databases
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- GAAP financial reporting knowledge
- Ability to interpret contracts and key financial terms
