Job Summary
Meet with students for two hours weekly or more to assist with organization skills, self-advocacy, and completing assignments while monitoring progress. Support learners in mastering new concepts through one-on-one sessions during the school day, after school, or evenings, either in-person or virtually. Collaborate with residential life staff, faculty, and administration to foster a productive learning environment for boarding students. Available on an as-needed basis at $30 per hour ($40 with a CT teaching certificate). A Bachelor's degree and experience working with students, including ELL populations, are preferred.
