Job Summary
Conduct individualized, research-based instruction for children, adolescents, and adults with learning differences, ADHD, and other challenges. Tailor every tutoring plan to meet the student's unique needs and goals across Math, Reading, Writing, and Executive Function Skill Building. Deliver one-on-one sessions virtually or in person at the office, libraries, schools, or client homes. Complete a background check and provide work authorization documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Current Minnesota teaching license
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Must provide documentation verifying authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience teaching or tutoring students with learning disabilities, dyslexia, ADHD, or related learning differences
- Experience monitoring student progress and documenting outcomes
- Training or experience in Structured Literacy approaches such as Orton-Gillingham or similar multisensory reading instruction
- Experience teaching executive function skills
