Job Summary
Develop and implement high-quality tutoring experiences for students that include assessing students’ individual needs, providing individual and small group instruction to students based on those needs, and supporting the use of digital tools during tutoring sessions. Collaborate with classroom teachers to determine specific student needs and communicate progress with staff.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 48 hours of college level coursework
- Teaching licensure (Current or Expired) to receive higher rate of pay
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a classroom teacher is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of research-based, current curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices.
