Job Summary
Provide instruction to students in small groups and individually, developing and implementing high-quality tutoring experiences. Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify student needs, communicate progress, and support the use of digital tools during tutoring sessions. Maintain a safe, orderly environment and motivate students while monitoring safety and well-being; participate in record-keeping and staff communications as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 48 hours of college level coursework
- Teaching licensure (Current or Expired) to receive higher rate of pay
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a classroom teacher is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of research-based, current curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices
