Job Summary
Tutor to assist identified students in meeting state academic standards and goals; plan and deliver differentiated instructional experiences aligned with curriculum, including math and literacy support; utilize technology as an instructional tool; participate in ongoing professional development and PLC activities; maintain accurate records and communicate with students, parents and staff; position supports 24 hours per week over 38 weeks with an hourly rate of $35.88; application includes submitting teaching license, resume, and letter of interest via electronic application; Akron Public Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a Valid Ohio P-3, 1-8, K-8, 4-9 (ELA or Math), or 7-12 (ELA or Math) license.
