Job Summary
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. Engage customers, create positive experiences, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality are demonstrated. Assist bartenders in mixing drinks and preparing simple orders, while observing guests to ensure satisfaction. Respond quickly to requests or complaints, answer phone inquiries, and collect payments and process transactions. Routinely clean work areas, organize glassware, and keep stations stocked by noting items on the weekly order sheet. Available to work flexible hours including late evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-calls as needed.
