Turret Punch Press Operator

Operate CNC-controlled Turret Punch Press equipment safely and efficiently; set up punches and dies in turret including alignment and locking procedures; read and interpret blueprints to ensure dimensional accuracy; perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools; verify finished part dimensions and identify defects before next production stage; load and position raw material manually, with crane, forklift, or pallet jack; maintain part consistency through in-line quality checks; adjust tooling and machine settings as needed to maintain tolerances; support material movement and workflow within production; maintain safe, organized work environment and follow established safety standards.
