Turnover Superintendent

Senior Turnover Superintendent responsible for interfacing with direct hire supervision and major subcontractors, monitoring CPM schedule, and ensuring safety, quality, schedule and performance expectations. Provides technical direction to craft supervisors and subcontractors, ensures adherence to union agreements on project sites, develops and monitors 3 Week Look Ahead schedules, coordinates with field engineering and procurement, mentors subordinate superintendents, and leads efforts to resolve issues related to drawings, information, and subcontractor performance on a Harriman, TN project. Requires extensive experience in turnover/test package processes, strong leadership, problem-solving, and project-management skills, with a focus on safety and quality alignment with Black & Veatch standards.
