Job Summary
Develop and implement the Turnover and Test Pack Execution Plan to achieve mechanical completion and final acceptance in line with GMP and project specifications. Define system boundaries, ownership, and sequencing while leading the compilation, tracking, and verification of test packs, inspection records, and as-built documentation. Coordinate internal walkdowns and formal W1, W2, and W3 system walks with Engineering, QA/QC, and the Client, ensuring all deviations and quality issues are closed prior to handover. Manage punch lists, assign systems to engineers, and chair readiness meetings to communicate status and risks. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and maintain live KPI dashboards using digital management systems. This 2-year project in Belgium requires a Pharma sector professional with 5+ years of GMP turnover experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Pharma sector
- 5 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience managing turnover, test packs, or system handover
- Experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of GMP documentation requirements
- Knowledge of ITRs
- Knowledge of test packs
- Knowledge of redline/as-built control
- Knowledge of regulated handover standards
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Experience coordinating Construction, QA/QC, Engineering, Commissioning, and Client QA
- High level of document control
- Attention to detail
- Quality focus
- Experience ensuring right-first-time handover
- Competence in the use of digital turnover/document management systems
- Experience with ACC
- Experience with EIDA
- Experience with BIM platforms
- Experience with dashboards
