Job Summary
Perform evening turndown service in occupied guest rooms by making beds, adjusting linens, closing drapes, and dimming lights. Refresh bathrooms by replacing towels and replenishing toiletries, then remove trash and restock coffee, tea, and water. Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards while responding promptly to guest requests. Maintain assigned supply carts and ensure all equipment is clean and organized. Work the 1:00pm to 9:30pm evening shift in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 25 pounds and pushing carts weighing up to 50 pounds. Follow Hilton brand standards and hotel policies related to cleanliness, safety, and guest privacy.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion while working in occupied guestrooms
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
- Frequently push and pull housekeeping carts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, including bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
