Job Summary
Conduct daily turndown service and guest room care for a minimum of 15 rooms, adhering to high-quality inspection standards of at least 85%. Strip and make beds, change linens, turn down rooms, organize guest belongings, and replenish amenities while visually inspecting for cleanliness. Vacuum rooms, empty trash, wipe down tub and sink areas, and present turn-down cookies with refilled waters. Respond promptly to guest requests, remove used linens, and assist with hallway, public area, and outdoor cleaning projects as assigned. Work evening shifts from 5:00pm to 10:00pm on a part-time basis with a rolling application deadline of August 15th.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Experience operating cleaning equipment
- A passion for providing customer service
- Flexible work schedule for weekdays, nights or weekends
- Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Communication Skills - i.e. listen & respond clearly
- Team Cooperation
- Integrity / Honesty
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 25 lbs and have the ability to carry up to 50 lbs of heavy linen
- Ability to kneel, bend, crawl
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals
