Turndown Attendant - Residences at The Little Nell

Provide evening turndown service for up to 15 guest residences per shift, tidy rooms to brand standards, refresh presentation, turn down beds and place message cards and amenities, adjust lighting and control TV/music to enhance ambiance, ensure TV remote placement, secure balcony doors and close drapes, fold guest clothing as needed, refresh bathrooms and restock towels and amenities, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires knowledge of housekeeping procedures, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, basic Spanish reading and English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; evening, weekend, and holiday availability is needed. High School Diploma or GED preferred; prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
