Job Summary
Conduct nightly room checks, refresh guest rooms, and make up rollaway beds while replenishing ice buckets and glass water bottles. Perform laundry duties, gather cleaning supplies, and return them daily. Complete pre-cleaning setup including guest and linen cart preparation, follow prescribed chemical use and sanitation guidelines, and assist VIP guests. Report lost and found items, engineering issues, or repairs to the appropriate department. Maintain professional, engaging service while balancing conflicting priorities. Weekend and open availability required with afternoon/evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend and open availability, often afternoon/evening shifts
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or up to 25 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience is an asset
- High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Strong guest service orientation
- Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while providing guest service
