Job Summary
Turndown Attendant responsible for prompt guest requests, replenishing supplies, preparing rooms for occupancy, replacing amenities and linens, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, making beds, inspecting rooms for completeness, and assisting guests with disabilities. Must follow safety policies, maintain professional appearance, communicate clearly, and support team goals. Tasks include transporting carts, lifting items up to 25 pounds (and more with assistance), reaching and bending, standing for long periods, and performing additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
