Job Summary
Provide turndown services and janitorial/laundry support to prepare and maintain guest rooms for guests at a Relais & Châteaux property. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and lobbies, stocking guest rooms with soaps, tissues, linens, and towels, changing bed linens, emptying trash, assisting with laundry, and ensuring meeting spaces are well equipped and neat. Must be able to lift heavy objects and be available to work weekends. Hours are Thursday through Monday with flexible 3-11PM shifts. This role emphasizes hospitality, attention to cleanliness, and delivering outstanding guest services in a luxury hotel setting.
