Turndown Attendant, Hotel Housekeeping (Part Time)

Job Summary
Conduct turndown and cleaning services for all guest rooms, making beds, dusting, sanitizing, and replenishing amenities while maintaining Forbes 5-Star standards. Perform evening ambiance preparations and report maintenance issues or guest requests to the Office Coordinator or Supervisor. Carry a radio and wear an earpiece to communicate with team members during shifts. Conduct daily inspections of assigned rooms to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols, including proper chemical usage and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to uphold the Tribe's vision, mission, and values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques and productivity expectations
- Ability to identify and prioritize issues
- Must be personable and professional
- Must be able to use caution and discretion in communication
- Must have schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime when needed
- Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone
- Speech sufficient to make oneself heard and understood in person, in front of groups, in meetings, via videoconference and over the telephone
- Visual acuity that meets the requirements of the position
- Mobility sufficient to safely move in an office environment, walk, stoop, bend and kneel, and enter, exit and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel to promotional events, meetings, conferences, trade shows and San Manuel properties
- Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift and during extended work hours
- Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of Housekeeping experience within an upscale hotel
