Job Summary
Review turndown lists and stock caddies to ensure supplies, linen, and amenities are available for guestroom turndowns. Perform turndown services in assigned rooms, handle lost and found items, and deliver guest laundry to rooms. Maintain hallways, public areas, and closets by sweeping and vacuuming, while preparing housekeeping carts for the next day. Respond to housekeeping service requests, deliver guest requests timely, and report maintenance repairs immediately to supervisors. Operate pagers and radios professionally to communicate with hotel staff. Ensure overall guest satisfaction while remaining attentive, friendly, and courteous to guests, managers, and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently and/or 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
