Job Summary
Execute signature turndown service with exacting standards, including duvet folding at a 45-degree angle, custom chocolate placements, and pillow plumping. Create mood-enhancing environments by drawing curtains with precision folds, setting lighting to 25%, and refreshing ice buckets with signature crystal carafes. Restock minibars using guest preference data, spritz linens with pillow mist, and coil charging cables in leather holders. Navigate rooms with silent service protocols after 9:30 PM, fold discarded clothing using Savile Row techniques, and document guest preferences for future stays. Conduct evening refresh cleaning to remove day service traces, vacuum high-traffic areas with noise-controlled equipment, and align items to geometric placement standards. Maintain impeccable grooming standards, wear the official lapel pin, and perform all other duties assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications
- (2) years of experience
- Endurance to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
- Ability to knee and bend for long periods of shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Comfortable in varying lighting conditions
- Capability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight (Up to 50lbs)
- Flexible to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
