Respond promptly to guest requests and fill carts with supplies for assigned areas. Enter guest rooms to replace amenities, swap dirty linens for clean items, make beds, and clean bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items while checking that appliances are present and functional. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances; dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways. Follow all safety policies, report maintenance problems or hazards, and complete required training. Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or with assistance for heavier items. Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over sloping and uneven surfaces while standing, sitting, or kneeling for extended shifts. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to quality standards.
