Turndown Attendant

Respond to guest and department requests, fill and transport supply carts, and enter guest rooms to replace amenities, linens, and dirty items. Make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash, and verify appliances are present and functional. Straighten furniture, dust, polish surfaces, and perform vacuuming and floor care duties. Follow safety policies, report hazards, and maintain a professional appearance while assisting guests with disabilities. Move objects up to 25 pounds independently and operate housekeeping carts over uneven surfaces. Stand, sit, or kneel for extended shifts while performing other duties as requested by supervisors.
