Turnaround Coordinator

Lead turnaround (TA) activities for the Cedar Bayou Facility, coordinating TA preparation and execution to meet safety, environmental, quality, cost, schedule, and flawless startup goals. Responsibilities include TA Estimating, Cost Forecasting and Controls within the TMP process, adherence to corporate standards for cost estimating/forecasting, tracking pre- and during-turnaround costs, overseeing TRACK coordinators/approvers for labor documentation and payments, and collaborating with procurement to bid and select contractors. Requires a High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of plant experience, strong execution experience in mid-size petrochemical projects and turnarounds, SAP proficiency, and demonstrated ability to lead medium-to-large execution teams. Preferred candidates have 10+ years of turnaround experience, 5+ years in ethylene/plastics turnarounds, and familiarity with P6 and Power BI, cost budgeting, and end-to-end turnaround planning. Occasional travel up to 10% and an alternative work schedule outside turnarounds are noted; relocation eligibility is listed.
