Job Summary
Temporary/seasonal Turn Team Member responsible for furniture installation, groundskeeping, housekeeping, move-in day assistance, and maintenance support for student housing turnovers; must be physically able to lift 50 pounds and use basic tools; duties include unloading/installation/cleanup of furniture, landscaping and groundskeeping, cleaning, move-in assistance, and assisting maintenance with punch-list tasks; strong customer service, safety awareness, and ability to work with residents and on-site staff are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks (light bulbs, air filters, batteries)
- Safe operation of tools (allen wrenches, basic hand tools)
- Customer-facing interaction with residents
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced turnover environment
