Turn Team Member

Turn Team Member for student housing turns with 10–21 day cycles. Responsibilities include furniture installation ( unload, deliver, install, and clean up; lift up to 50 pounds), groundskeeping (trash pickup, landscaping, mowing, trimming, planting), housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, cleaning offices/bathrooms, carpet care), move-in day assistance (help residents move in while handling personal items with friendliness and professionalism), and maintenance assistance (changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, smoke detector batteries, minor/major repairs, painting touch-ups, preventive maintenance tasks). On-site work environment with provided equipment; stay hydrated and use safety gear. Fresh duties may include interacting with residents and coordinating with the Community Manager. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer-facing interaction, and ability to perform varied tasks across property operations.
