Turn Team Member

Turn Team Member for a temporary/seasonal role responsible for furniture installation, groundskeeping, housekeeping, move-in day assistance, and general maintenance support. Duties include unloading, delivering, assembling, and cleaning furniture; performing groundskeeping tasks (trash pickup, mowing, edging, planting, landscaping); housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, cleaning offices/bathrooms, carpet shampooing); assisting residents during move-in; supporting maintenance with tasks (changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, smoke detector batteries, minor repairs, painting touch-ups, preventative maintenance). Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate small tools like Allen wrenches. Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner and report incidents to the Community Manager as needed. Equipment provided by the onsite manager; safety precautions observed on site.
