Job Summary
Temporary/seasonal Turn Team Member responsible for furniture installation, groundskeeping, housekeeping, move-in day assistance, and maintenance support for student housing turn events. Tasks include unloading, delivering, installing, and cleaning furniture; groundskeeping such as trash pickup and landscaping; housekeeping of common areas and facilities; assisting residents during move-in; and aiding the maintenance team with light repairs and preventive maintenance. Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds, operate small tools, and interact professionally with residents and visitors; work performed on-site with safety gear provided; on-site team collaboration and adherence to on-site management directions.
Required Qualifications
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to operate small tools (e.g., Allen wrenches)
- Comfort with multi-tasking (furniture delivery, installation, cleaning)
