Job Summary
Conduct unit trash outs, groundskeeping, furniture assembly and installation, and assist maintenance with HVAC or preventative maintenance projects during 10-21 day student housing turns. Help residents with move-in day logistics while ensuring all interactions remain friendly, respectful, and professional. Perform assigned tasks such as sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash bins, and minor repairs like changing light bulbs or replacing air filters. All necessary equipment is provided by the onsite manager, and proper safety gear including gloves and hats must be worn when working outside.
Required Qualifications
- Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to operate smaller tools like allen wrenches
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds
- Must be able to finger, type, handle, or feel
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to stoop, or squat
- Must be able to sit
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to adjust focus
