Job Summary
Conduct furniture installation, groundskeeping, and housekeeping tasks during student housing turns lasting 10-21 days. Assist maintenance teams with punch lists, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance projects. Support residents on move-in day by handling personal items with care while interacting professionally. Perform duties such as trash outs, landscaping, sweeping, and cleaning common areas and offices. All necessary equipment is provided by the onsite manager, and proper safety gear must be worn when working outside.
Required Qualifications
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to operate smaller tools like allen wrenches
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds
