Job Summary
Conduct daily turn operations by assisting with unit trash outs, groundskeeping, furniture assembly and installation, and move-in day support. Perform maintenance assistance tasks including punch lists, minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and preventative maintenance projects. Sweep and mop floors, wipe down common areas and fitness equipment, and empty trash bins as needed. Interact directly with residents and families on move-in day while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Ensure all occupied bedrooms are entered only with an on-site team member present. Use provided safety equipment and proper tools while handling items up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- physically able to lift 50 pounds or more
- can operate smaller tools like allen wrenches for assembling the furniture
- must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds
