Job Summary
Coordinate furniture installation, groundskeeping, housekeeping, and maintenance assistance during student housing turns lasting 10-21 days. Assist with unloading, assembling, and cleaning up furniture; perform landscaping, trash removal, and common area cleaning; support maintenance teams with punch lists and minor repairs; and help residents move in while interacting professionally with guests. All necessary equipment is provided by the onsite manager, and you must wear proper safety gear and stay hydrated while working outdoors. You will work in an office environment using standard equipment and follow all instructions from your Team Leader.
Required Qualifications
- physically able to lift 50 pounds or more
- can operate smaller tools like allen wrenches for assembling the furniture
- must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds
